Dr. Trey Robertson is not only a GREAT surgeon but a great person! He will take his time with you and explain everything while answering all of your questions. He is top notch! A+! Dr. Trey performed surgery on my HUGE reducible ventral incisional hernia right lower quadrant which was due to a bad appendectomy done by another surgeon in Kingsport. Savannah his NP and all the staff are great!! If you are looking for a surgeon that will take care of your surgical needs, call Dr. Trey Robertson.
I can not thank this office enough. Dr. Cutshall did two hernia repair surgeries on my husband. His bed side manner is top notch. We highly recommend him. Dr. Lawson recently did breast cancer surgery on my mother. I can't thank her enough for taking care of my mother. This office in general is simply great.
Dr Troy Robertson is a great surgeon, this group has never let me feel like I was by myself even after my surgery- they have ALWAYS seen me when I needed to be seen- his nurse practitioner Savannah is terrific- if you are having to go to him I doubt it is a good situation for you but the group will help you
Dr. Lawson is one of the best in her field. She saved me and I really appreciated her (this is how it is) attitude that was just one of the things I liked about her. You can talk with Dr. Lawson and really feel comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone having breast surgery. 👍
Dr. Robertson performed my colonoscopy earlier in October. The entire experience was as pleasant as that event can be. He offered alternative ways to do prep and the one we decided on was about as painless as it can be. I would recommend anyone to him for any procedure he performs.
Dr. John F. Robertson did a wonderful job on my partial thyroidectomy. He is very professional, caring, experienced and I know he is the best Surgeon, he cares very deeply for each of his patients. The entire office staff are very communicative, and thank God for Dr. John F. Robertson!
This guy saved my life. Literally.
Dr. Cutshall performed a cholecystectomy on me a couple weeks ago and I felt comfortable with him for the consultation and surgery. We ended up bumping my surgery up from a previous date because I was having severe pain, which landed me in the E.D. one evening. After surgery I had some minor complications, which brought me to the E.R. again, but Dr. Cutshall was available to consult my care with the E.R. physician and also my husband for reassurance. His office worked me in to see him the following morning after my E.R. visit. He was involved with my care from start to finish, even when my care was out of his hands. I appreciate him and his nurses very much.
My 1st visit was just a consultation and I have to say Dr Robertson was very considerate, knowledgeable and patient while explaining my condition. He was in no rush and answered all my questions entirely.
If you are in the Tri-Cities area and you have issues with pilonidal cysts this is the surgeon to go to. I had a surgery done by another surgeon that never healed. Dr. Robertson did a revision surgery that healed great. Only issue several months out is some swelling but that's due to how my body heals. The difference in the aftercare between the previous surgeon and Dr. Robertson's team is night and day. Even months out from my surgery I can call the nurse with questions or concerns and they respond promptly and they never get annoyed no matter how small the issue. Dr. Robertson and his team are knowledgeable about pilonidal cysts, the different surgeries and their success rates, the issues you might expect from different surgeries, and what helps healing and what doesn't. Seriously any question you have they can answer it. I wish I had him for my first surgery because I honestly don't think I would have ended up with a revision if I had.
